We finally made it out to the Nanuk Lodge. Being at such a remote location really feels slighlty surreal. And even if we didn't see what we came here to see, we had a wonderful time. I wish I could have stayed there much longer...

Walking Central Jakarta

A walking tour through central Jakarta brought us to some nice and some not-so-nice corners of the city.

Christchurch 5 years after the earth shook

Our first stop in New Zealand was Christchurch on the north east coast of the south island. The city is slowly recovering from the earthquakes in 2010 and 2011.
